In April of 2012 CohenHandler was approached by a family that was relocating from Perth. They showed great interest in purchasing a residential property in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, in particular Bellevue Hill. To some, the ideal residential purchase is something that is complete and ready to be called home. However this family was looking for an opportunity, to take something liveable and transform it into something admirable.

With some minor renovations and a creative eye, the family was able to transform the property into the luxurious home they sort after.
In February of 2014, the family decided to put the property to market. With strong interest from the public the family thought it would be appropriate to let their home go to auction. On the 7th of March the property sold under the hammer for $6,250,000.
