Negotiation is like riding a bike. It takes practice and you’re likely to fall off a number of times before you get it right.
The problem is of course that drawing the short stick on a property negotiation can leave you with more than just a few bumps and bruises.
In negotiation with you, real estate agents will employ a suite of tried and tested tactics and are obliged to achieve the highest possible price for the vendor.
In the absence of buyer experience, the likely result in a wonderful outcome for the seller – and probably not so pleasing a result for you.
