Henry and Kye were first time home buyers and had been seeking a good 2 bedroom apartment in the eastern suburbs to launch them into the Sydney property market. They had been actively looking for some time but kept missing apartments in the highly competitive sub-$1m market. Alexandra worked with Kye and Henry to find them new home and within the month they had purchased a 2 bedroom apartment in an art deco block in Woollahra. The apartment needs some minor renovations which will add value and suits Kye and Henry well, being close to public transport, shops and Centennial Park.
