The client had been overseas for some years and was increasingly concerned by the rate of rising property prices in Sydney. As the client had recently sold a property, it was deemed re-enter the market by 1H 2015 as risk management to the continued low interest rate upward valuation pressure.
The client was ecstatic with the process and price achieved. To do this alone without a buyer’s agent would have had to take far too much travel time from work as overwhelming opportunity cost.
There are always great demand challenges for contemporary building of Sydney’s Inner East in such a highly competitive market.
Timing is critical in securing property and we had to navigate around 7 hour time differences each day and take on the responsibility of buying a primary residence sight unseen. The client paid a visit to Sydney for 4 days specifically to see the property – it was “spot on”, and deemed a job well done.
