The client was based in Hong Kong and wanted some assistance with securing a character terrace in the Bondi Junction/Woollahra area. The client was dependent on Alexandra to take photos and videos, review the property and negotiate on their behalf. The property was negotiated and secured within 24 hours. The property will be held as an investment for 48 months and then the new owner will be moving back to Sydney and occupying.
