My career in property started as a selling agent, however after around 10 years of running a boutique office in Double Bay I decided it was time switch sides of the fence.
Here I am five years on, embracing the challenges that being a buyer’s agent brings, whilst finding great satisfaction and having some fun at the same time.
I’ve been very fortunate to have done hundreds of deals, both buying and selling property across Sydney and other states, so I have plenty of experience on all sides of the industry.
When I work with a client, I always ensure they’re buying the right property, in the right location and at the right price. I analyse and crunch the numbers and to make sure that each buyer is making the best decision for their financial situation. If a property ticks all the right boxes for my investors and home buyers, I’ll then do my due diligence. If that stacks up, I’ll then negotiate to make sure we buy at or below the appraised price.
There’s nothing more rewarding than helping a buyer land their dream home or perfect investment. Seeing the smile on their faces and the weight being lifted off their shoulders is why I love what I do. I decided to join forces with Cohen Handler Buyers Agents and now I’m doing what I love most.
About three years ago I made a life-changing purchase for a client. She was a single mother of two with some savings, however was going backwards financially. She thought she needed an investment property to try and get ahead. I sat down with her for to understand what she wanted to achieve. After listening to her and looking at her numbers, I showed her a way to ditch the idea of buying an investment and instead purchase a home to live in. This situation would mean she could save money each week rather than dip into her savings. She was incredibly surprised at my suggestion and the search criteria changed from an investment to her dream home. It was a life changing choice which she is still thrilled about today.

When I’m not helping people with property, I spend time with my family, head outdoors to the coast and enjoy a game of tennis or golf. I also have a passion for animal activism and the environment and aim to do more yoga.
