Ben was seeking an investment apartment in the eastern suburbs of Sydney where he was originally from. Ben lives in Hong Kong and wishes to have money tied into the Australian economy. The apartment did not need to be positively geared but did need to have good long term growth prospects and no work required. He specifically wanted a good outlook, no more than 2 flights of stairs and a lock up garage.
He took my advice on purchasing a Randwick or Kensington apartment for growth and proximity to planned Light Rail Project. I provided information on local demographics and low vacancy rates.
This is his third investment property in Sydney.
