Peter and Priya were looking to purchase their first home together and enlisted Alexandra’s services in 2013. They both had different views in what they wanted to achieve in an ideal apartment. Peter desired a modern apartment and Priya was hoping for something with character in an older building. After looking at a variety of properties throughout the inner eastern suburbs and city fringe we secured a beautiful apartment in the heart of Glebe which met the needs of both Priya and Peter – a terrace converted into three modern apartments which still had the external features of a Victorian heritage home. The apartment was purchased in a short period of time and secured below the asking price.
