Michael was seeking a very special apartment with full uninterrupted views across the Harbour, Opera House and Bridge in the eastern suburbs which can only be achieved on certain streets in Darling Point or Point Piper. At this price level very little stock is available online and Alexandra focussed on an intensive off market search in half a dozen buildings that offered the views Michael required. He was also only interested in apartments in larger buildings with less maintenance and a good body corporate history. Alexandra sourced an off market 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful, unobstructed views on the 13th floor of a tower in Darling Point whch Michael will hold for long term growth and use occasionally for himself when not tenanted.
